Modern houses are under construction, with heat-shrinkable aluminum, autonomous heating with heat pumps, spacious balconies, fireplace and an elevator.

Each apartment building has 4 floors and 4 apartments on each floor.   A total of 16 apartments.  Eight of them have a living room, separate kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and wc.  

Four of them have a living room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and wc.

There is a possibility of private closed parking space on the floor of the building as well as a communal garden.
